1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PropCRM ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the PropCRM real estate CRM platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PropCRM provides a comprehensive customer relationship management platform specifically designed for real estate professionals, including:

• Lead management and tracking systems
• Property listing management and portal integrations
• Communication tools (WhatsApp, email, SMS)
• Analytics and reporting features
• Third-party integrations with real estate platforms
• Mobile applications and web-based access

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account

3.3 Professional Use

PropCRM is intended for use by licensed real estate professionals, brokerages, and related businesses. You represent that you have the necessary licenses and authority to use the Service in your professional capacity.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

PropCRM offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms
• You must provide valid payment information and authorize charges
• We may update pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

4.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to real estate activities.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by PropCRM.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms and services, including Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other real estate tools. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. Integration features may be modified or discontinued based on third-party changes.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

9.1 Uptime and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects Service availability.

9.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPCRM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropCRM from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable access to export Your Data for 30 days after termination, subject to payment of outstanding fees.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
